We will only use your information to complete your order, deliver our educational services, and notify you of our products and services. We will never sell, trade, or lease your personal information to any third party.

All personal information transmitted as part of your online account and order, any credit card information you elect to store in your online account, is encrypted using secure technology

The course Textbook is included at no additional charge to you. After signing up for the course you will be able to download the course textbook. The textbook can be found on the main course page and in the resource section of the course documents.

Your email address plays a central role in our online learning environment. It is essential that you have an email address to fully use our online program. If you do not have an email address, please call our support term and they’ll be happy to assist you. You can also create an email address for yourself that offer free email accounts. 

Is there a way to change my password?

When you login you will see your name on the top right of the screen next to the logout button. Click on your name which will take you to your online profile. On tab Profile you will see at the bottom a button to change password

On the login page there is a button for “Forgotten your username or password” click on YES, help me login, Here you will supply either your email address or user name. You will receive an email confirmation with a link to reset your password. Please give the system 5-15 minutes to send the email to change password

On the homepage after you purchase the course you will see a link for the course at the bottom of the page in the section “My Courses.” You can click on the course and it will automatically take you to the course. It will be available immediately but the course will not start with instructor interaction until the scheduled start date.

National Mortgage School Inc’s online courses are instantly added to your account once the transaction is complete. First make sure that you are loggin into the correct account. If you are still unable to locate the correct login information, please contact our customer service staff at info@NationalMortgageSchool.c

You can request a 100% refund until the day the online class starts unless you have activated and went through the online lessons. If you have activated the online lesson modules we will not refund the course fee. We reserve the right to base any refund on a case by case basis. If you made a mistake and just clicked on one lesson page we will take that into consideration. Our system tracks student’s progress throughout the course. Please email info@nationalmortgageschool.com to request a refund. We will process refunds and cancellations within 24 hours of stated request.

Lessons, Lesson Quizzes, Final Exam

National Mortgage School Inc’s lessons provide the reading material for your course. The textbook also provides the reading material. Our online system allows you to navigate our lesson and you must complete the lesson before the next one can be completed. Every lesson has a lesson quiz that must be completed.

National Mortgage School Inc’s lesson quizzes can be found in the quiz folder. The lesson quizzes are designed to make sure you understand the reading material presented. The Lesson Quizzes range from 5-15 questions in length. Students must score a minimum of 75% on each lesson to pass the course. Students can retake the lesson quizzes as many times as neccessary to score above a 75%. When a student retakes the lessons, the quiz regenerates different questions from the quiz bank.

Yes you can retake the lesson quizzes at any time. The highest quiz score will be used as your grade.

Yes the Final Exam is Mandatory.

Yes you can retake your Final Exam. We require you to pass with a 75% passing rate to complete the course and receive the course completion certificate. We have a large database of questions that the Final Exam draws upon and therefore each final exam attempt will be based on different random questions from the exam bank.

Yes, your final exam will be available for review after you have passed it. You must click on the “Final Exam” link in the Quiz Folder in the course. Your exam will display the answers you provided along with which selection was correct or not.

Your Certificate of Completion

The name displayed on your Certificate of Completion is the name that is associated with your www.NationalMortgageSchool.com account. In order to change your name please click on your user profile. Your user profile can be found at the top of the page next to log-out and it should say your name. Click on your name and then click “Edit Profile” this is where you can change your name.

You will be presented with your Certificate of Completion, online after you have completed all course requirements, passed a Final Exam and submitted an online course evaluation. You may access a copy of your Certificate of Completion after you have completed your course, by logging into your www.NationalMortgageSchool.com account and clicking under “My Courses” and clicking on the course you competed. We will make a link to the file for your certificate that you can download at any time

The Certificate of Completion is a PDF file that you download from our server and you can save it onto your computer. After you save the file to your computer you can view and print the Certificate of Completion.

In order to view your Certificate of Completion, you need to have the latest version of Adobe Reader installed on your computer. Adobe Reader is available free of charge from www.Adobe.com If you still have problems with viewing your Certificate please contact us at Info@NationalMortgageSchool.com

If you need a certificate of completion for a state other than the one named on your original certificate, please contact us info@nationalmortgageschool.com . We will confirm the validity of your course for the state you request, and if we find that it is acceptable then we will issue your certificate.
