New State-licensed MLOs are required to complete 20 hours of NMLS-approved pre-licensing education. This education must include:

• 3 hours of Federal law
• 3 hours of ethics (which shall include fraud, consumer protection, and fair lending issues)
• 2 hours of non-traditional mortgage lending, 
• plus 12 hours of undefined education (referred to as electives). 
• Number of hours is 3/3/2/12 = 20

The courses below do not include any state-specific law hours.

To verify if your state requires any additional hours please go to:

• Our 1 and 2 week course start every Monday and end on their respective Monday.
• The weekend Course Starts every Friday and Ends Sunday Night. 

The courses below all cost $239;00 which includes the $30 Credit Banking Fee.
